Educating
The Catholic Church strongly supports home schooling. Several documents of the Church use language specifically stating that parents must be acknowledged as first and foremost educators of their children.
Our Mission
The Homeschool Apostolate of Mater Misericordiæ Parish aims to provide faith-based activities in a safe environment to member families. This includes, but is not limited to, Feast Day Celebrations, Field Trips, and Park Days. The Homeschool Apostolate is also committed to supporting its member families along their homeschool journey by sharing ideas, events, resources, etc.
Who can participate?
Parish homeschool families. This group offers resources and activities for parish homeschool families.
