The Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) was first established by the prerogative of Pope Saint Pius V after the council of Trent in order to provide correct religious education for children and adults.
The goal of our CCD program is to ensure proper preparation and continuation of catechetical study before and after children receive their sacraments.
La Cofradía de la Doctrina Cristiana (CCD) fue establecida por primera vez por prerrogativa del Papa San Pío V después del Concilio de Trento para proporcionar una correcta educación religiosa a niños y adultos. Registration for CCD opened on August 15th, 2023.
Please note that you MUST be a registered parishioner in order to register your child for CCD. If you are not a registered parishioner, then your child MUST complete their catechism classes at your home parish or the parish where you are registered. Once prepared, your child may test with one of our priests and if they pass, receive their sacraments.
To register your child or children for CCD, click on the blue button below, download and fill out the form, then send it back to us via email at office@phoenixlatinmass.org or stop by the parish office to drop it off during our
open business hours. Children who will be receiving sacraments also need to obtain and provide us with a copy of their baptismal certificate. Please send that or have it sent to our parish office at office@phoenixlatinmass.org
